By using Impala Club services, you agree to comply with all the terms, policies, and internal rules mentioned below.
Please read these terms carefully before subscribing or using any of our services.

1. Membership and Payment Terms
- Subscribing to the club means agreeing to all terms, policies, and internal rules.
- Subscriptions can be transferred to another member with administrative fees determined by management.
- Personal training package values cannot be refunded; sessions can only be transferred to another member with administrative fees.
- Prices are subject to change based on available offers; members cannot claim previous prices after an offer ends.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services purchased through our Services, except as required by applicable law. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
3. Membership Freeze Policy
Freeze periods by subscription type:
| 30-day subscription | 5 days freeze |
| 90-day subscription | 15 days freeze |
| 6-month subscription | 30 days freeze |
| 12-month subscription | 60 days freeze |
Freeze Terms:
- Freeze requests can only be made through the app or reception desk.
- Membership cannot be frozen retroactively.
- Freeze periods are counted in days only, not hours.
- Membership is automatically reactivated after the freeze period ends.
4. Membership Transfer
- Subscriptions can be transferred to another member with administrative fees.
- The receiving member must not currently be subscribed to the club.
- Each membership can only be transferred once.
5. Health Terms and Liability Disclaimer
- Members are fully responsible for their health condition before exercising.
- The club is not responsible for any injury resulting from improper use of equipment or unsupervised exercises.
- Members must inform management or trainers of any injuries or special health conditions.
- Exercising within the club is at the member's personal responsibility.
6. Group Classes Policy
- Booking through the app is mandatory to attend classes.
- In some cases, booking via WhatsApp or reception is allowed only if there is a technical issue.

No-Show Policy:
- Repeated no-shows twice within 30 days will result in a one-week booking ban.
- Entering a class without a booking is only allowed if there are available spots.
7. Children and Age Policy
- Children are strictly prohibited inside the club except during summer camp events.
- The minimum age for subscription is 16 years.
- Those under 16 years require written consent from a parent or guardian.
8. Branch Closure Policy
- Members will be transferred to the nearest branch (if available).
- Or members will be compensated proportionally based on the remaining subscription period.
- Closure days are not counted within the subscription period.
9. Conduct and Safety Rules
- Treat all staff and members with respect.
- Verbal or physical abuse is strictly prohibited.
- Dropping weights or making loud noises is not allowed.
- Unauthorized personal training inside the club is prohibited.
- Photography of any member or area inside the club without official permission is prohibited.
- Appropriate athletic attire must be worn.
- Return equipment and weights to their designated places after use.
- Food is not allowed in the gym area — only water and sealed beverages are permitted.
- Equipment must be cleaned before and after use.
- Lockers are opened daily at the end of business hours; the club is not responsible for lost items.
10. App Usage Terms
- Account activation on the app requires acceptance of all policies.
- Any policy updates require new acceptance.
- Accounts are personal and must not be shared with anyone.
- The app records attendance, bookings, freezes, and transfers.
